Return Policy

At Valen Cove, we strive to provide high-quality products and an exceptional customer experience. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in original condition

• Be uninstalled and not connected to any electrical system

• Be returned in original packaging

• Include all original accessories, components, manuals, hardware, and materials

• Show no signs of use, wear, damage, modification, assembly, installation, or misuse

Products that have been installed, wired, assembled, modified, damaged after delivery, or otherwise altered from their original condition are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Installed products

• Assembled products

• Modified products

• Used products

• Products showing signs of wear or damage

• Products missing original packaging, accessories, hardware, manuals, or components

• Gift cards

• Clearance, final sale, promotional, or non-returnable items

• Custom-made, made-to-order, or special-order products

• Any item returned in a condition different from how it was originally delivered

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Reason for the return request

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and other non-refundable charges are not refundable.

For oversized products, chandeliers, furniture, freight shipments, and large fixtures, customers are responsible for any return freight, carrier, handling, pickup, or transportation charges associated with the return.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item. Valen Cove is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product

• Clear photographs of the packaging

• Clear photographs of the shipping label

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to process a claim with the shipping carrier.

After reviewing the information provided, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have entered processing.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to this Refund Policy.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery of an order without prior authorization from Valen Cove, any shipping charges, return shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, carrier fees, storage fees, or freight charges incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Our team is committed to working with customers to reach a fair resolution whenever possible.
