Shipping Costs

Valen Cove offers free standard shipping on eligible orders.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is significantly delayed, appears lost during transit, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

For damaged shipments, customers must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

The packaging
The shipping label

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to process a claim with the shipping carrier.

Oversized and Freight Shipments

Certain lighting fixtures, chandeliers, furniture, and oversized products may require special handling or freight delivery services.

If significant damage is observed upon delivery, customers should document the condition of the shipment and contact our support team immediately.

Delivered Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Valen Cove is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after being marked as delivered.

Customers are encouraged to ship orders to secure locations whenever possible.
